Servicing is preventive maintenance — cleaning filters, coils, and drainage to keep a healthy unit running well. Repair is fault correction — diagnosing and fixing a specific problem like a leak, electrical failure, or compressor issue. Servicing won’t fix an existing fault.

Filter cleaning, indoor coil wash, condensate drain flush, and a basic operational check. It’s designed for units that are already working normally. If we find a fault during servicing, we’ll flag it and advise separately.

What’s the difference between a chemical wash and chemical overhaul?

A chemical wash cleans the indoor unit’s coil and fan barrel with chemical solution — good for moderate dirt buildup. A chemical overhaul is a full teardown: the indoor unit is dismantled, every component is cleaned individually, then reassembled and tested. Overhaul is for heavy contamination or persistent issues that a wash can’t resolve.
