Aircon Servicing & Cleaning
Routine cleaning, heavier buildup, outdoor unit cleaning, and scheduled maintenance. Per-unit rates, no packages to pick from.

- Contract servicing uses the same per-unit rates. What changes is the structure: scheduled visits, condition tracking, and priority booking.
Aircon Gas Top-up & Leak Repair
When the unit's low on refrigerant. If it's losing gas repeatedly, we trace and repair the leak before recharging. Topping up a leaking system just resets the clock.
