What each path costs once we've assessed the situation. Tell us the symptom on WhatsApp first. We can usually narrow it down before anyone visits.
How pricing works
We diagnose first.
Describe the symptom on WhatsApp. If the fault is not clear from that, a technician visits and quotes before anything is touched.
Rates are flat.
The same rate card for every customer. No packages to pick from, no member or trade rates.
The diagnostic visit is $30, or $80 for a VRV system.
It is waived if you proceed with the quoted work, and charged only if you do not.
Multiple units is the only discount.
Servicing is priced per unit, and the per-unit rate drops when more units are done in one visit.
Example: general servicing on one wall-mounted unit is $50. Book three or more in the same visit and each unit is $25.

Contract servicing

Booking questions
What's the $30 for?
The visit itself. A technician comes to you, inspects the unit, works out what's actually wrong, and gives you an itemised quote before anything is touched. Proceed with the work and the $30 is never charged. Decline it and the $30 is all you pay.
Can I get a quote before booking?
Yes. Describe your setup and what's happening on WhatsApp and we'll give you a ballpark before scheduling anything. For repairs and installations, a diagnostic visit gives you an exact figure.
Are there any additional charges not listed here?
All prices are nett in SGD. Units above 12,000 BTU carry a $10/unit surcharge, and fan blower removal is +$5/unit where required. Both are disclosed upfront before any work begins.
Do you charge extra for weekends?
No. Standard servicing runs Monday to Saturday, 10am–6pm, and Saturday visits are charged at the same rate. For urgent after-hours requests, message us and we'll tell you what we can fit in.
