Brands listed in order of what we most commonly see on Singapore jobs. Lifespan ranges assume regular maintenance; individual units vary by install quality and use.

Daikin

Singapore's most installed brand. Common in HDB flats and condos across the iSmileEco and MKS series. We handle everything from units not cooling to water leaks and electrical faults.

Mitsubishi Electric

Common in condos and landed homes via the Starmex line. The series is durable but older units develop specific issues — blinking lights without a clear code, compressor noise, and weak cooling.

Panasonic

HDB-approved and reliable. Common across older flats and newer BTOs. Good parts availability in Singapore — most repairs are straightforward once the fault is confirmed.

Midea

Widely installed in rental units and newer BTOs. Parts are lower cost, but installation quality varies — issues often trace back to original setup, not unit failure.

Gree

Budget-to-mid residential split brand with local Singapore catalogues for Lomo and Free Match systems. We handle Gree units for cooling loss, sensor faults, communication errors, and electrical protection codes.

LG

Smart home integration and inverter-driven design. The ArtCool and Dual Inverter lines need careful handling during servicing — we see cooling inconsistency and inverter faults most often.

Samsung

Wind-Free technology and smart controls. Some series develop inconsistent cooling without showing an obvious error — usually coil fouling that only shows up on physical inspection.

Hitachi

Japanese brand with smaller SG market share. The Frost Wash self-cleaning feature sometimes masks coil fouling — we inspect the physical condition, not just what the self-clean cycle reports.

Toshiba

Legacy Japanese brand now under Carrier/Midea ownership. Still found in older HDB and condo units across Singapore. Parts sourcing takes longer than mainstream Japanese brands — accurate model identification speeds up the process.
