What installation covers

An aircon quote without a site visit is a guess. We assess the space, size the system to it, and price the full job, unit, piping, drainage, electrical, and trunking, before anything starts. Common situations where installation fits:

  • No aircon in the room and you want one

    First-time installation for a new or existing space, once we've checked the site conditions.

  • Replacing with a new system

    Old setup's coming out, replaced by a new or reconditioned unit with a confirmed scope.

  • Renovation layout is ready for install

    Piping, trunking, ceiling work, and electrical positions are planned around the new layout.

When installation isn't suitable

Installation's the execution path. If the scope's still unknown, start with planning or diagnosis first.

  • You need a quote but the site hasn't been checked

    Book a site survey first, so we can confirm system size, route, electrical, and access.

  • Existing unit has a fault

    Start with an on-site inspection before deciding whether replacement's necessary.

  • Existing unit only needs to move position

    Relocation is the better path if the current unit's being reused.

How an installation works

From your first message to a commissioned system, here is what happens.

  1. You message us

    Tell us the space and the goal, a new unit, a replacement, or a renovation layout, and anything you've already planned.

  2. We survey the site

    We assess the space and size the system to it, checking the piping route, drainage path, electrical, and access. No quotes over the phone.

  3. We quote the full scope

    Unit, piping, drainage, electrical, and trunking, priced as one job. Nothing starts without your approval.

  4. We install

    We mount the units, run the piping and drainage, connect the electrical, and finish the trunking, then evacuate and pressure-check the circuit before charging.

  5. We commission and hand over

    We test cooling, drainage, airflow, noise, and control response before we leave.

    Indoor and outdoor units fitted to the agreed positions on proper brackets.

    Refrigerant piping run along the planned route, sized to the system.

    Power supply and controls connected to the unit's requirement.

  • Trunking and concealment

    Piping and drainage finished in trunking or concealed to suit the layout.

  • Vacuum and charge

    The circuit is evacuated and pressure-checked before charging, so moisture and leaks aren't sealed in.

1-year workmanship warranty on every installation. Any parts we supply are covered free of charge if they fail within that year, and we confirm exactly what's covered before the work starts.

Frequently asked questions about aircon installation in Singapore

How much does aircon installation cost?
It hinges on system type, number of units, piping distance, and electrical requirements. We quote after a site survey, not over the phone.
Do I need a permit for aircon installation?
HDB flats need a permit for condenser bracket installation on the exterior wall. Condos often need management approval for outdoor unit placement. Landed properties generally have fewer restrictions. We'll spell out the requirements during the survey.
Can I keep my existing piping when replacing the unit?
Often, yes. We check pipe condition, diameter, and refrigerant compatibility during the survey. If the pipes are in good condition and compatible with the new system, reuse saves cost. If not, replacement is the safer call.
How long does installation take?
A single wall-mount unit takes 3 to 5 hours. Multi-unit or ducted installations can take 1 to 2 days. We'll confirm timing before the installation date.
Do you supply the aircon unit or do I buy my own?
Both. We can supply and install with unit options from major brands, or install a unit you've purchased yourself. Either way, the installation scope and warranty terms are the same.
Do installations come with a warranty?
Yes. New installations carry a 1-year workmanship warranty, and any parts we supply are covered free of charge if they fail within that year. We confirm exactly what is covered before the work starts.
