When you message us on WhatsApp or call, we collect your name, phone number, and details about your aircon issue. This is used solely to assess your situation and coordinate service.

Our website uses Google Analytics (GA4) and Vercel Analytics to understand pages visited, general engagement, device type, and which website buttons are useful. WhatsApp message contents and tool-result summaries are not sent to these analytics services.

We don’t collect payment information through our website. We don’t use tracking pixels from social media platforms. We don’t sell your personal data. Google and Vercel process limited website usage data for the analytics services described above; they do not receive the contents of your WhatsApp prefill from our click tracking.

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish unique visitors and track session activity. These are first-party cookies and do not contain personal information. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

We keep records of every job — what was found, what was done, and what was deferred. These records are tied to your unit and address so we can provide continuity across visits. They are not shared externally.
