Which clean does it actually need?

Servicing runs from a routine clean to a full overhaul. The right depth depends on the unit’s condition, not a package you pick. Here is how the three compare.

Not sure how deep to go? We confirm the right depth on the visit, and you won’t pay for more than the unit needs.

By unit type

Different units, different access and drainage. Outdoor unit, ceiling cassette, or ducted.

On a schedule

Regular upkeep across multiple units, planned ahead. Contract servicing keeps the cadence without re-booking each time.

Frequently asked questions about aircon servicing in Singapore

Which type of aircon servicing do I need?
It depends on how the unit is running. If it cools fine and is simply due, a routine general service is enough. If cooling or airflow has dropped, or there is a smell, buildup has gone deeper and a chemical wash fits. If a wash was already done and the problem came back, a full chemical overhaul is the next step. We confirm the right depth on the visit, so you don't pay for more than the unit needs.
What is the difference between general servicing, a chemical wash, and an overhaul?
General servicing is a routine clean of filters, coil, drain, and blower, with no chemicals. A chemical wash adds chemical agents and high-pressure steam to dissolve buildup a routine clean cannot reach, done in place. A chemical overhaul is a full strip-down and deep clean, used when a wash has already been tried and the problem returned.
How often should I service my aircon?
Heavy daily use, every 3 to 4 months. Moderate use, every 4 to 6 months. Light use or spare rooms, every 6 months. Homes with pets or dusty surroundings, shorter intervals. Tell us your setup and we will calibrate the cadence.
Will a routine clean fix a smell or weak airflow?
Sometimes. If the smell or airflow loss is light and recent, a routine clean of the filters and coil surface can clear it. If it has set deeper into the coil, it usually needs a chemical wash. We tell you which on the visit instead of guessing.
Do I have to commit to the deepest option?
No. We start from the lightest service that solves it and only step up if the unit actually needs it. If a routine clean is enough, we stop there and say so.
