Ceiling Cassette Aircon Servicing
Cassette servicing happens from below. The panel drops to expose the filter, coil, and drain pan, so there's no ceiling cutting and no patching afterward. We assess coil condition on arrival, then confirm whether a general clean or a chemical jet wash is the right level. For current rates, see the pricing page.

What Cassette Servicing Covers
Panel-down servicing for ceiling cassette units. We match the level to what the coil actually needs: general clean or chemical jet wash. Common situations where cassette servicing fits:
Unit due for routine maintenance
General servicing every 3 to 6 months, depending on usage and room load.
Uneven cooling across the room
A dirty coil or misaligned vane chokes airflow in one or more directions.
Water dripping from the ceiling panel
Drain pan's likely blocked. Clear it before the leak worsens.
When to Start Elsewhere
Servicing clears dirt and drainage. It won't fix mechanical or electrical faults.
Not cooling despite a clean coil
Likely a refrigerant or compressor issue, not a cleaning problem.
Error codes on the controller
Sensor, PCB, or communication fault. A clean won't resolve it.
Water leaking after servicing
Could be a cracked drain pan or disconnected line. That's a repair, not a blockage.
What We Check During Cassette Servicing
We open the unit from below, look at the coil, then tell you which service level it needs.
Filter
We pull it from the panel, rinse it clear, dry it, and refit.
Evaporator coil
Dry clean if buildup's light. Chemical wash if grime is compacted or mould has set in.
Drain pan
We flush it from the unit out to the discharge point. This is the usual source of cassette ceiling leaks.
Blower
Cleaned in place after disassembly. Chemical rinse goes on only if the buildup calls for it.
4-way vanes
We check alignment and movement so airflow spreads evenly across the room.
Condition check
If we spot coil corrosion, drain pan cracks, or motor noise, we flag it separately. Nothing's added without approval.
Coil condition decides the service level. We tell you which on arrival, and nothing's added without your approval.
What You Get
Outcomes match what the unit actually needed.
Airflow restored across all four directions
We clear the coil and blower so the cassette spreads air evenly again.
Drain pan cleared before it leaks
We address the usual cause of cassette ceiling water damage on every visit.
Vane alignment checked
Misdirected airflow gets caught and noted while the panel's down.
