What contract servicing covers
The per-unit rate's the same whether you book ad-hoc or on contract. What changes is who handles scheduling, and whether unit condition gets tracked from visit to visit. Common situations where a contract fits:
Three or more units running daily
A steady schedule stops issues from stacking up across units.
Landlord with tenant-occupied units
Servicing happens on schedule, without chasing tenants to arrange it.
Commercial space with customer-facing units
Downtime's costly. A pre-set schedule catches problems early.
When contract servicing isn't suitable
A contract keeps units maintained, but it isn't the right first move in every situation.
You need a one-off deep clean
Book a chemical servicing or overhaul ad-hoc instead of a contract.
Unit condition is unknown
Start with an ad-hoc assessment before locking in a schedule.
You have a single unit with light use
Ad-hoc every 6 months is simpler than a contract.
What you get
Less scheduling work, clearer unit history.
Full general servicing at every visit
Filters, coil, drain, and blower cleaned each time.
Condition notes per unit
Tracked across visits so changes show up over time.
Next visit scheduled before we leave
Nothing to reschedule on your end.
How contract servicing works
A contract is the scheduling layer on top of general servicing. Here is how it runs.
You tell us your setup
Number of units, system type, and preferred frequency: every 2, 3, 4, or 6 months.
We set the schedule
We pre-book the cycle so you're not chasing the calendar. No lock-in, so you can adjust or pause anytime.
We service on schedule
A full general service each visit: filters, coil, drain, and blower, cleaned in place.
We track condition across visits
We log each unit's state visit to visit, so a trend gets flagged before it turns into a fault.
We book the next before we leave
Nothing to reschedule on your end. If a unit needs more than a clean, we flag and quote it on its own.
What the contract includes
Per-unit rate's the same as ad-hoc. The contract adds scheduling and continuity.
Scheduling
We pre-book visits at your preferred frequency: every 2, 3, 4, or 6 months.
General servicing
We clean filters, coil, drain, and blower at every routine visit.
Condition tracking
We log each unit's condition across visits so trends get flagged early.
Priority booking
Contract customers get prioritised for subsequent visits.
Technician continuity
Where we can, the same technician attends each visit, so reads get faster over time.
Workmanship warranty
30-day workmanship warranty on every visit. If a unit we serviced doesn't come up clean, or a problem traces back to the work we did, we come back and the labour is on us, with no second call-out fee.
