What an on-site inspection covers

Most aircon faults share symptoms but have different causes. An on-site inspection isolates the root cause before any repair is quoted. The visit's $30, rebated if you proceed with the quoted work. How much does an on-site inspection cost?
$30 per visit, covering all units at the same address. If you proceed with the quoted work, the $30 is rebated from the repair cost.
Can the technician fix the problem during the same visit?
Often, yes. If the fault is straightforward and the part is on the van, we fix it on the spot. If it needs ordered parts, we'll schedule a return visit with your approval.
What if there's nothing to fix?
You only pay the $30. We explain what we checked and what it rules out. If there's a real fault, we quote it. If not, we tell you why, and we don't invent a fix to make the visit pay.
Do I need to be home during the inspection?
Yes. We need access to indoor and outdoor units, and we'll walk you through the findings at the end. Most visits take 30 to 45 minutes.
