New pipe runs
Fresh installation or layout changes where no existing piping is in place. Includes copper refrigerant lines, drain piping, insulation, and trunking. Pressure-tested before connecting to the system.
Pipe extension or reroute
Unit moves further from the condenser, or the route changes after renovation. We assess whether the existing piping can be extended or needs full replacement.
Pipe replacement
Corroded, leaking, or insulation-damaged pipes. We check the full run — partial patching often fails if the rest of the line is also deteriorating.
Drainage replumbing
Slope correction, new discharge point, or condensate backup from incorrect gradient. Common after floor level changes during renovation.
Trunking and concealment
New trunking installation, extension, or replacement to match new wall finishes. Includes routing around cabinetry, false ceilings, and other post-renovation constraints.

we handle aircon-side wiring only; DB board upgrades and whole-house work need a licensed electrician.
Wall hacking or structural work
we advise on where penetrations are needed, but hacking is your contractor's scope.
Unit fault or refrigerant issue
a pipe fault is different from a refrigerant leak at a joint; book gas leak detection for that.
Trunking cosmetic touch-up only
minor paint or filler work is renovation scope, not piping scope.
