What Is a Chemical Overhaul
A full strip-down clean — the unit is removed from the wall, fully disassembled, and every component cleaned individually. Around 60 minutes per unit.
Service Scope
Every component removed, cleaned individually, and reassembled — not cleaned in place.
Evaporator coil (both sides)
Unit removed for full front-to-back access — chemical soak applied to both fin faces, reaching buildup in-place washing cannot touch.
Drain pan
Fully disassembled and cleaned individually — not just flushed from above. Mould in the pan housing is removed at the source.
Blower and fan motor
Stripped out and cleaned separately. Bearing condition and motor function checked during reassembly — faults visible at this stage are flagged.
Housing and internals
All accessible surfaces cleaned with the unit off the wall — mould behind the coil and in the housing is cleared.
Component inspection
With the unit fully stripped, we check for corroded joints, cracked drain pans, and worn parts invisible during in-place servicing. Flagged separately — nothing added without your approval.
