Aircon Installation in Singapore
An aircon quote without a site visit is a guess. We assess the space, recommend the right system and capacity, and price the full job before anything starts.
What Is Aircon Installation
Installation covers wall-mount, cassette, ducted, and multi-split systems — new and reconditioned units. Every job includes piping, electrical connection, vacuum, gas charge, and commissioning. Nothing is left to the next visit.
Small bedroom (up to 100 sq ft)
9,000 BTU. Single split system.
Master bedroom (100–150 sq ft)
12,000 BTU. Single split system.
Living room (200–350 sq ft)
18,000–24,000 BTU. Single split or cassette.
Open-plan living (350+ sq ft)
24,000+ BTU. Cassette or ducted system.
Full home (3–4 rooms)
Varies per room. Multi-split system 3 or 4.
How Installation Works
Every installation starts with a site survey to lock the scope before any work is booked.
- 01
Site survey
We visit to assess room sizes, ceiling height, layout, electrical supply, and outdoor unit placement. This determines the right system type and BTU capacity for each room.
- 02
Recommendation and quote
Based on the survey, we recommend the system type, brand options, and capacity. The quote covers the unit, piping, electrical, brackets, and labour — no hidden extras.
- 03
Installation day
Mounting, piping, electrical connection, vacuum, gas charge, and commissioning. The refrigerant system is evacuated and pressure-tested before charging.
- 04
Post-install check
Cooling, drainage, airflow, and noise tested on the day. Any adjustments are made before we leave.
What to Expect
These are the standards every installation is held to.
System sized for the space
BTU capacity matched to room dimensions, ceiling height, and heat load, not a generic recommendation.
Full scope quoted before work starts
piping, electrical, brackets, and labour covered upfront, no mid-job additions.
Vacuumed and pressure-tested
refrigerant system evacuated and verified before charging, so moisture is not sealed into the system.
Post-install check before handover
cooling, drainage, airflow, and noise tested on the day before we leave.
When to Book an Installation
Any of these situations calls for a site survey first, followed by an installation once the scope is agreed.
No aircon in the room and you want one
first-time installation for a new or existing space.
Replacing an old unit with a different system type or higher capacity
piping and electrical may need changes.
New BTO or condo move-in with no aircon included
developer handover may not include units.
Post-renovation with new layout
trunking, false ceiling, or piping needs to be integrated with the new finishes.
Adding a unit to a room not previously air-conditioned
condenser capacity and circuit load need confirming.
When Installation Is Not the Right Call
Not every aircon problem requires a new unit. These situations call for a different service.
Existing unit just needs servicing or cleaning
book a general servicing instead.
Refrigerant has run low
book a gas top-up visit.
Unit needs to move to a new wall position
book a relocation, not a new installation.
Fault in the existing unit
book an on-site inspection to diagnose before deciding on replacement.
