What a portable or casement unit actually is

A portable aircon is a wheeled cabinet holding the entire cooling system in one enclosure. A short, bounded need is a fourth case. A confinement period, a temporary sickroom, or a single hot stretch where only one space needs relief does not justify a permanent installation.
