In most condos, yes. Check with your MCST before booking. We can walk you through the process if you need it.

Can you clean the ledge and service the outdoor unit at the same time?

Yes. Both need the same access, so it makes sense to combine them. We'll quote both in a single access request.

How often should the ledge be cleaned?

Checking once a year is reasonable. Ledges near trees or facing open areas need it sooner. Many go years without access, and that's when problems develop.
