These symptoms can involve a pressure sensor, but they can also come from genuine high or low refrigerant pressure, airflow, a valve or the compressor circuit.
A high- or low-pressure sensor code appears

It may not be the pressure sensor

Refrigerant leak or incorrect charge
A sensor may be reporting genuine low or unstable pressure caused by refrigerant loss or an incorrect charge.
Airflow, fan or coil condition
A stopped fan, blocked filter or fouled coil can create genuine abnormal pressure while the sensor is working correctly.
Valve, restriction or compressor fault
A closed service valve, expansion-valve fault, pipe restriction or compressor problem can drive the pressure outside its normal range.

Pressure-sensor repair is usually sensible when the exact sensor circuit is confirmed, the required sensor or connector is available, and testing has ruled out a genuine refrigerant-pressure fault; a wider leak, valve, compressor or major-board repair needs a closer age-and-cost comparison. LG systems commonly have a service life of 8–12 years. For a system over 10 years, major component failures favour replacement. Parts for older ArtCool models may be hard to source, and efficiency loss adds to the running cost of keeping the unit.
