What we were told

Several service visits had been recorded by room. Two treatment rooms shared equipment that stopped intermittently. Reception had a separate fan noise, while a support-room unit continued normally. The clinic needed a planned next step, but its records did not connect those room complaints to the indoor, outdoor, and control equipment serving them.

What we checked

We started with a room-by-room equipment map. It linked each space to its indoor unit, outdoor unit, controls, drain, power switch, and ceiling access. We placed the earlier faults on that map before discussing the work sequence. Room availability stayed separate from equipment condition, so a difficult work window did not make a working unit look faulty.

  2. Reception ran on different equipment. Its noise came from one worn indoor fan, which remained a repair.

  3. The support-room unit operated normally and shared no failed equipment with the treatment rooms.

What we found

We found one replacement case and two unrelated zones. The shared treatment-room system held the recurring fault and could not be split into independent room stages. Reception needed an indoor-fan repair. The support-room unit remained serviceable. Mapping the equipment stopped the clinic's repair history from becoming an unsupported whole-site replacement recommendation and kept working equipment outside the project.

What fixed it

We recommended replacing the shared treatment-room system in one planned stage, repairing the reception fan separately, and retaining the support-room unit. The plan recorded ceiling access, isolation, drainage, room release, testing, warranty, and open risks. Clinic staff controlled the work window. The scope did not promise that every room could remain available throughout the treatment-room stage.
